Built for communities.
Not for profit.

Pinpoint 311 is a free, open-source municipal reporting platform created because every community — regardless of budget — deserves modern infrastructure tools.

Our Mission
Give every municipality world-class
tools at zero cost.
Too many towns are stuck choosing between expensive SaaS platforms and phone-and-email chaos. We believe there's a better way.
$0

Free forever — really

No tiers, no "contact sales," no per-seat pricing. The full platform is MIT licensed and always will be. You only pay for third-party APIs you choose to use.

OS

Fully open-source

Every line of code is public on GitHub. Fork it, audit it, modify it. No vendor lock-in, no phone-home, no hidden dependencies. Your data stays on your server.

AI

AI that empowers staff

Gemini-powered triage, photo analysis, and conversational analytics — but every AI action requires human approval. No automation without accountability.

EQ

Equity by default

Built-in research tools with Census integration, Social Vulnerability Index, and 60+ privacy-preserved fields — so researchers can study and improve municipal equity.

Parth Gupta

Founder & Lead Developer

A West Windsor, NJ resident for 14 years and student at the Lawrenceville School, Parth built Pinpoint 311 after seeing how infrastructure issues in his community went unreported or got lost between voicemails and spreadsheets. He wanted to prove that modern civic infrastructure tools don't need to cost six figures.

Parth is also a runner on the Lawrenceville School's cross-country and track & field teams and has been playing piano for 10 years, co-organizing Performathons to raise money for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
